Effective: May 15th, 2025

1. Definitions

  • 1.1 "Agreement" means these Terms + any Service Order.
  • 1.2 "Direct Hire" refers to permanent placement where Client hires Candidate directly.
  • 1.3 "Conversion" occurs when Client hires a Contract-to-Hire Candidate full-time.
  • 1.4 "Replacement Period" means 30 days for Direct Hire, 14 days for Staff Augmentation.
  • 1.5 "Service Order" = Client’s signed request for services.

2. Services

2.1 Direct Hire

2.1.1 Fees & Payment

  • Search Fee: Refundable only for remote roles if no candidates delivered within 3 business days. Non-refundable for hybrid/onsite.
  • Success Fee: Due NET 7 after candidate signs offer letter.
  • Warranty Extension: $200 upfront extends replacement to 90 days. Must be selected before start date.

2.1.2 Process

  1. Initiation: Client pays $249 search fee.
  2. Candidate Delivery: 3 pre-vetted candidates within timeframe on pricing page.
  3. Hiring: Offer issued and Bullhire notified within 24h. Success fee invoice sent.
  4. Post-Hire Support: 30-day standard or 90-day extended replacement.

2.1.3 Client Responsibilities

  • Provide job description before search begins.
  • No direct solicitation of Bullhire candidates for 12 months without fees.
  • Prompt communication on hiring decisions.

2.1.4 Guarantees

  • 3 profiles matching required skills.
  • Free replacement if hire leaves during warranty period.
  • Refunds: Only for remote roles with no delivery in 3 business days.

2.1.5 Late Payments

  • Interest: 1.5% monthly (18% annual).
  • Suspension after 15 days unpaid.
  • Collections: Client pays legal/collection costs.

2.2 Staff Augmentation

2.2.1 Service Overview

Dedicated tech talent provided temporarily. See: bullhire.ai/pricing

2.2.2 Key Terms

  • Billing: Hourly/weekly/monthly, invoiced in advance.
  • Minimum: 20-40 hrs/week depending on region.
  • Trial: First 14 days = free replacement if underperforming.
  • Termination: 14-day notice.

2.2.3 Client Responsibilities

  • Provide project requirements clearly.
  • Approve timesheets weekly via portal.
  • No direct offers within 12 months without conversion fee.

2.2.4 Guarantees

  • Pre-vetted candidates matching role.
  • Payroll & local labor laws handled by Bullhire.

2.2.5 Late Payments

  • Interest: 1.5% monthly.
  • Work stoppage if unpaid >7 days.
  • Reactivation fee: $250

2.3 Contract-to-Hire

2.3.1 Fee Structure

2.3.2 Process

  1. Client signs Service Order with hourly rate + duration
  2. Bullhire manages payroll/taxes + client provides feedback
  3. Client notifies Bullhire within 24h of hire and pays fee in 15 days

2.3.3 Termination

  • By Client: 24h notice; pays accrued fees/hours.
  • By Bullhire: Immediate for non-payment.

2.3.4 Key Protections

  • 12-month lockout: no direct hire without fee.
  • Replacement guarantee: if hire leaves in 30 days → free replacement or $500 refund.

2.3.5 Late Payments

  • Interest: 1.5% monthly (18% annual).
  • 15 days late: $150 fee.
  • 30 days late: Collections triggered.
